You can order easily and 24 hours a day on our webshop.
Is it possible that an item that I order via the internet is not in stock?
Yes, that can happen. We do everything we can to prevent this as much as possible. However, it may happen that our stock contains an error. Then you will be notified in good time and your payment will be refunded as soon as possible.
All prices of the products include VAT. We continuously monitor our range with the greatest possible care. We depend on several factors for the delivery of your order. Unfortunately, in exceptional cases it can happen that during the processing of your order it appears that a product is no longer in stock. If this is not possible, the purchase amount of the product in question will be credited to you.
Can I also pick up in the store?
Yes, you can place your order online and choose the option to pick up in store. We will then ensure that your package is neatly ready in the store

What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are as follows:
From € 75 -> shipping costs € 1.75 - in the Netherlands.
Belgium and Germany 2,95 .
If you are below this amount, you pay € 3.95 shipping costs within the Netherlands and €5,5 to Belgium and Germany
Which carrier does my package come with?
We ship with DPD. DPD delivers at home, but you also have the option of having your package sent to a service point.
You will be informed by DPD of the status of your package by email. Are you stuck? Then contact Ruitergoed.
What if I don't pick up my package at the service point?
If you do not collect your package at the service point, it will often be returned to us. We will then charge you for the shipping and return costs incurred. We will refund the remaining amount.
If the package is not returned to Ruitergoed by the service point, we will not reimburse the customer.
We assume that the customer is responsible for collecting their package at the service point. If there are any difficulties, we are of course happy to help.
My package is damaged, what now?
That is of course not the intention. In this case, contact Ruitergoed immediately.
My package has been lost, what now?
Equestrian equipment is insured for all its packages. Please contact Ruitergoed directly. We have a 14 day return policy. We can no longer deal with complaints after this period. We will investigate with DPD. Depending on this investigation, Ruitergoed will offer a suitable solution to our customer.
Please note that an investigation can take some time. We will of course keep you well informed.
We recommend that you do NOT give drop permission as lost packages with drop permission are at your own risk and will NOT be reimbursed.
I received wrong items
This is of course not the intention. Our apologies in advance! Please contact Ruitergoed immediately so that we can correct our error immediately. We have a 14 day return policy. We can no longer deal with complaints after this period.
Always check your package immediately upon receipt whether the items you ordered match the items you received.
How fast does Ruitergoed ship?
Ruitergoed has (almost) everything in stock. That is why we ship the same day if the order is placed before 3 pm. Often times the package becomes the next
offered to the customer on working days (including Saturday).
Have you opted for a DPD service point? Then you often receive an email the next working day (including Saturday) that your package is ready. Check the opening hours of your chosen service point.
Will I be kept informed of my shipment?
Yes, you will be informed by an email that is sent when the package is packed. This email contains a track and trace code. With this code you can follow the progress of the shipment.

Returns can only be made through our webshop.
Do you have an account?
• Log in to your own account and click on the items to be returned

Do not have an account?
• Go to my returns on the Ruitergoed webshop (at the bottom of the homepage) and enter your order number with your e-mail address. You can then register the product for returns within 14 days.
* After registering the return, you will receive a return confirmation with return number by e-mail.
• Print out the return form and stick it on the package. Don't have a printer? Handwritten, no problem, but always stating the return number.
* Send the package within 7 days after registering. Costs of returns are for the account of the buyer. Returns that have not been received within 7 days after registration will no longer be processed.
* After receipt at Ruitergoed we will process the return. You will be notified of this. We always make refunds as soon as possible, but legally within 14 days of receipt.
TIP: We recommend sending your order by registered and insured mail. Ruitergoed is not liable for lost packages.
• You will then be credited with the full order amount MINUS any payment costs (when paid other than Ideal or transfer via bank transfer.),
• The costs for return shipment from you to the store are for your own
bill.
• The product must be returned to Ruitergoed with all accessories supplied, unused and in its original condition and packaging.
PLEASE NOTE: If these conditions are not met, we can unfortunately not process the return shipment.

What are Ruitergoedies ?
Ruitergoedies are loyalty points of Ruitergoed. To save Horse Goods you need to have an account with us. Every time you buy something at Ruitergoed you will automatically receive the Ruitergoedies. With every 10 euros you spend at Equestrian Good you receive 1 Equestrian Good. Each Equestrian Goods represents a 0.25 discount. You will receive the Equestrian Goods as soon as the order has been moved from sent to completed. This happens after the return period of 14 days has expired. Your saved points can be found in your account and can be redeemed at the end of each order, whenever you want.
What does the VIP System entail?
The Vip system is a reward system for our regular customers. We have 3 levels where each level brings its own bonuses. If you want to participate in the Vip system, you must have an account with Ruitergoed. All your orders and returns are automatically saved in your account. You will also find all invoices and the order status here.
When you have spent a total amount of E 350 euros with us, we put you in our Vip level, Star. We would be happy to tell you all the benefits of this level when the time comes. We do ask you to keep track of when you are ready. Send us an email so that we can adjust your Account.
Ruitergoed reserves the right to exclude persons from this system for all kinds of reasons. To be clear: the Vip system is an extra for regular customers and is not a right that can be claimed.
My purchased item breaks during use
Then contact Ruitergoed directly by e-mail and add photos that clearly show what the problem is.
Riders will take every complaint seriously. However, every complaint is different in nature and it will not be possible to predict in advance whether and how we can solve this. Of course we always do our utmost.
In case of a complaint where the product has been used, we do NOT give money back. When the product qualifies for replacement but the item is no longer in stock (or no longer available to order), we will issue a voucher for the amount the customer purchased the item with.
